All items ship for free to addresses in the U.S. regardless of the item's price or your order quantity.
International shipping to countries outside of the U.S. is not available at this time.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address or need to update your shipment information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after you place your order. Be sure to include your order number in your email.
All products ship directly from Asia. As a result, items can take between 12-20 days to arrive after they ship.
Once an item has shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information. Tracking details for all your orders will also be available in your Japan on Sale account.
If you did not receive your item after 20 days from when it shipped, please reach out to us using the contact page on our site.
Generally, we are unable to accept returns except for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item was not what was expected
- Apparel doesn't fit as expected
